 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST), on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Processing includes scheduling transport, confirming delivery access, and dispatch preparation

 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Container size and type
  • Freight availability
  • Site access conditions

 Heavy Freight Deliveries

Because shipping containers are oversized freight items:

  • Delivery is completed using tilt tray trucks, side loaders, or heavy transport vehicles
  • Customers must ensure clear and safe site access before delivery
  • Ground must be level and suitable for unloading

If site access is restricted, delivery may need special arrangements.

 Public Holidays & Non-Business Days

We do not dispatch orders on:

  • Weekends
  • Australian public holidays
  • Scheduled warehouse closure periods

Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
