Thank you for choosing Koala Containers. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every container purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and transparent Returns & Refund Policy to help ensure a smooth customer experience.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The container must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received

  • The product must be returned with all included accessories, locks, keys, or components

  • You must provide your original order confirmation, receipt, or invoice

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure proper processing, all returns must follow these steps:

1. Contact Our Support Team

Email us at sales@koalacontainers.com to request a return. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

2. Receive Your Return Authorization (RA) Number

Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Returns submitted without an RA number will not be accepted.

3. Prepare the Container for Return

  • Ensure the container is empty and accessible for pickup

  • Remove all personal belongings or installed items

  • Make sure the unit remains in original condition without structural modifications

4. Clearly Reference the RA Number

Your RA number must be included in all return documentation and communications for faster processing.

5. Return Transportation

Customers are responsible for all return transportation and logistics costs unless the return is due to damage, defects, or delivery error caused by Koala Containers.

Refund Process

Once your returned container is received and inspected:

  • You will receive confirmation that your return has been received

  • Our team will inspect the container to verify its condition and eligibility

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note that banking institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

For safety, customization, and operational reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom modified containers

  • Containers that have been altered, painted, or structurally modified after delivery

  • Special order units

  • Delivery, transportation, crane, installation, or relocation fees

  • Containers showing excessive wear, misuse, or damage after delivery

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your container arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order or invoice number

  • Photos showing the damage or issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, exchange, or another appropriate solution.

Important Notes

  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted

  • Returned containers must remain in original condition and accessible for transport

  • Products showing signs of misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper handling may be denied or subject to restocking fees

  • Shipping, delivery, crane, installation, and expedited service fees are non-refundable
